Not only did I have the good fortune to grow up here, but my family has respectfully been on these lands since 1862 when Captain George Stephen Butler settled on the Saanich Peninsula. I have lived in various places throughout Victoria, the Cowichan Valley and beyond. I now live in Mill Bay where I was able to raise my two children in a perfectly balanced lifestyle of outdoors and city.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2002 and a RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award winner. My extensive knowledge of southern Vancouver Island is vital in what I can share with my clients, whether they are looking for a new home or are preparing to sell. Prior to getting into real estate, I held a variety of jobs, including co-owning a construction company, working in a law firm, in accounting, and in jewellery sales. All these diverse experiences have helped me hone the skills needed to be a successful agent.

My clientele is made up almost entirely of repeat and referral clients who know me to be an understanding and compassionate listener. I am sensitive to my clients’ needs and take the time to explain the processes involved. I am highly aware of the nuances in the real estate market in this area and can advise accordingly, so that my clients have the best experience possible as well as the best results.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends, going on nature walks and enjoying the active life that living in the Cowichan Valley allows me. I also believe strongly in giving back to my community, and to this end, I volunteer regularly at homeless shelters and support local programs and charities through contribution as well.

Alongside my passion for real estate is compassion for others. I am proud to have been an outreach and youth worker prior to becoming an agent and have always valued giving back through volunteering and contributing. For every purchase and sale, I donate to local community programs and charities that support addiction services, homelessness and at-risk youth.

During my free time, I can be found with my family, family of friends, hiking, exploring a beach, doing yoga or travelling.
